The challenges included reducing handling, adapting vehicles, and optimizing deadlines for sensitive B2B flows. DONE Deliveries implemented direct tours without reloading, customized vehicles (tailgate, van, refrigerated), and enhanced tracking to eliminate any risk of delay or damage.
