We rely on a network of over 13,000 verified carriers and 33,000 trucks and vans. This allows us to achieve a vehicle availability rate of 99.6%. In the 0.4% of cases where we cannot provide a vehicle, we offer compensation of €500.
Every transport is monitored 24/7 by our Track & Trace department. We achieve a ratio of 99.2% on-time loading and 98.7% on-time delivery. In the event of a significant delay attributable to us, the freight may be refunded up to 100%.
We apply a 5-step verification process: legal and compliance check, insurance verification, reputation review, performance history analysis, and assigning a DONE internal score. This system enables us to achieve a 99.95% damage-free delivery rate.
By default, each transport is covered by carrier liability insurance (CMR) with a limit of up to €300,000 per claim. For high-value goods, it is possible to add an 'all risks' Cargo insurance at booking, covering nearly the total value of the goods.
