We rely on a network of over 13,000 vetted carriers and 33,000 trucks and vans. This allows us to achieve a 99.6% vehicle availability rate. In the 0.4% of cases where we cannot provide a vehicle, we offer a €500 compensation.
Every transport is monitored 24/7 by our Track & Trace department. We reach a ratio of 99.2% on-time pickups and 98.7% on-time deliveries. In the event of a significant delay due to our fault, the freight can be reimbursed up to 100%.
For furniture, we prioritize clean vehicles, direct loading without transshipment, and carriers experienced with sensitive products. Our 99.95% damage-free delivery rate is backed by extended CMR insurance coverage and, if necessary, an 'all-risks' insurance option.
By default, each transport is covered by carrier liability insurance (CMR) with a limit of up to €300,000 per claim. For high-value goods, it’s possible to add an 'all-risk' cargo insurance option at booking, covering nearly the full value of the goods.
