Every shipment is monitored 24/7 by our Track & Trace department. We achieve 99.2% on-time loading and 98.7% on-time deliveries. If a significant delay occurs due to our fault, up to 100% of the freight may be reimbursed.
If we are unable to provide the agreed vehicle, you receive a €500 compensation. In the event of a significant delay caused by DONE Deliveries, our on-time guarantee applies, which may include a full refund of the transport cost.
You benefit from full tracking through DONE Space: real-time tracking map, automatic statuses (loading, departure, arrival), and email notifications. Our Track & Trace team monitors every stage to anticipate issues and keep you informed.
