Each shipment is monitored 24/7 by our Track & Trace department. We achieve a 99.2% on-time loading rate and a 98.7% on-time delivery rate. In case of significant delay due to our fault, freight can be refunded up to 100%.
You benefit from full monitoring through DONE Space: real-time tracking map, automatic statuses (loading, departure, arrival), and email notifications. Our Track & Trace team monitors every step to anticipate issues and keep you informed.
For furniture, we use clean vehicles, no intermediate reloading, and carriers accustomed to handling sensitive products. Our 99.95% damage-free delivery rate is supported by extended CMR insurance and, if needed, an all-risk insurance option.
By default, each shipment is covered by carrier liability insurance (CMR) with a limit of up to €300,000 per claim. For high-value goods, all-risk Cargo insurance covering almost the full value of the goods can be added at booking.
