We rely on a network of over 13,000 verified carriers and 33,000 trucks and vans. This enables us to achieve a 99.6% vehicle availability rate. In the 0.4% of cases where we cannot provide a vehicle, we offer compensation of €500.
Every transport is monitored 24/7 by our Track & Trace department. We reach a ratio of 99.2% on-time loadings and 98.7% on-time deliveries. In case of major delays due to our fault, the freight may be refunded up to 100%.
We apply a five-step verification process: legal and compliance check, insurance verification, reputation review, analysis of performance history, and assignment of a DONE internal score. This system allows us to achieve a 99.95% damage-free delivery rate.
By default, every transport is covered by carrier liability insurance (CMR) with a limit of up to €300,000 per claim. For high-value goods, it is possible to add 'all-risk' cargo insurance at the time of booking, covering nearly the full value of the goods.
