Each shipment is monitored 24/7 by our Track & Trace department. We achieve a ratio of 99.2% of on-time loadings and 98.7% of on-time deliveries. In case of a significant delay due to our fault, freight can be reimbursed up to 100%.
We apply a five-step verification process: legal and compliance checks, insurance verification, reputation review, performance history analysis, and assignment of an internal DONE score. This system enables us to reach a 99.95% undamaged delivery rate.
For furniture, we prioritize clean vehicles, direct loading without intermediate stops, and carriers experienced in handling sensitive products. Our 99.95% undamaged delivery rate is backed by extended CMR insurance and, if required, an all-risks insurance option.
By default, each shipment is covered by carrier liability insurance (CMR) with a limit of up to €300,000 per claim. For high-value goods, it is possible to add an all-risks Cargo insurance upon booking, covering nearly the full value of the items.
