We rely on a network of over 13,000 vetted carriers and 33,000 trucks and vans. This enables us to reach a vehicle availability rate of 99.6%. In the 0.4% of cases where we cannot provide a vehicle, we offer €500 compensation.
Each transport is monitored 24/7 by our Track & Trace department. We achieve a ratio of 99.2% on-time loadings and 98.7% on-time deliveries. For significant delays attributable to us, freight can be reimbursed up to 100%.
We apply a 5-step verification process: legal and compliance check, insurance verification, reputation review, performance history analysis, and assignment of a DONE internal score. This system allows us to reach a 99.95% damage-free delivery rate.
By default, every transport is covered by carrier liability insurance (CMR) with limits up to €300,000 per incident. For high-value goods, it is possible to add, when booking, an 'all risks' Cargo insurance covering nearly the total value of the goods.
