Every shipment is tracked 24/7 by our Track & Trace department. We achieve a 99.2% on-time loading rate and a 98.7% on-time delivery rate. In the event of a significant delay caused by us, freight can be reimbursed up to 100%.
We apply a 5-step verification process: legal and compliance check, insurance verification, reputation review, performance history analysis, and assignment of an internal DONE score. This system allows us to reach a 99.95% damage-free delivery rate.
You benefit from full tracking via DONE Space: real-time tracking map, automatic statuses (loading, departure, arrival), and email notifications. Our Track & Trace team monitors every stage to anticipate issues and keep you informed.
By default, each transport is covered by carrier liability insurance (CMR) with a limit of up to €300,000 per incident. For high-value goods, it is possible to add, during booking, an 'all-risk' Cargo insurance that covers nearly the total value of the goods.
