Every shipment is tracked 24/7 by our Track & Trace department. We achieve a 99.2% on-time loading rate and a 98.7% on-time delivery rate. In cases of significant delay caused by us, the freight may be reimbursed up to 100%.
We apply a five-step verification process: legal and compliance check, insurance verification, reputation review, performance history analysis, and assignment of an internal DONE score. This system allows us to achieve a 99.95% damage-free delivery rate.
By default, every transport is covered by carrier liability insurance (CMR) with a limit of up to €300,000 per claim. For high-value goods, an all-risk cargo insurance can be added at booking, covering nearly the full goods value.
