We rely on a network of over 13,000 verified carriers and 33,000 trucks and vans, enabling us to achieve a 99.6% vehicle availability rate. In the 0.4% of cases where we cannot provide a vehicle, we offer compensation of €500.
Each transport is monitored 24/7 by our Track & Trace department. We achieve a ratio of 99.2% on-time loadings and 98.7% on-time deliveries. In case of significant delays caused by us, freight can be reimbursed up to 100%.
You benefit from full tracking via DONE Space: real-time tracking map, automatic statuses (loading, departure, arrival), and email notifications. Our Track & Trace team monitors every stage to anticipate problems and keep you informed.
By default, each transport is covered by carrier’s liability insurance (CMR) with a limit of up to €300,000 per claim. For high-value goods, it is possible to add “all-risks” Cargo insurance at booking, covering nearly the full value of the goods.
