We rely on a network of over 13,000 verified carriers and 33,000 trucks and vans. This enables us to reach a vehicle availability rate of 99.6%. For the 0.4% of cases where we cannot provide a vehicle, we offer a compensation of €500.
Each transport is monitored 24/7 by our Track & Trace department. We achieve 99.2% on-time loading and 98.7% on-time delivery rates. In the event of significant delays caused by our fault, freight can be reimbursed up to 100%.
We use a 5-step verification process: legal and compliance check, insurance verification, reputation review, performance history analysis, and allocation of an internal DONE score. This system allows us to reach a 99.95% damage-free delivery rate.
By default, each transport is covered by carrier liability insurance (CMR) with a limit of up to €300,000 per claim. For high-value goods, it is possible to add 'all risks' Cargo insurance during booking, which covers almost the entire value of the goods.
