We apply a five-step verification process: legal and compliance check, insurance verification, reputation review, performance history analysis, and assignment of an internal DONE score. This system allows us to achieve a 99.95% rate of damage-free deliveries.
For the construction sector, we use suitable trucks, with reinforced strapping, side tarpaulins, and, if necessary, tail lifts. Deliveries are made directly, without transshipment, to reduce risks of damage to heavy or long materials.
You benefit from full tracking via DONE Space: real-time tracking map, automatic status updates (loading, departure, arrival), and email notifications. Our Track & Trace team monitors every step to anticipate issues and keep you informed.
By default, every transport is covered by the carrier's (CMR) liability insurance with a limit of up to €300,000 per claim. For high-value goods, it's possible to add, at booking, an 'all risks' Cargo insurance covering nearly the full value of the goods.
