We regularly handle non-standard machines and equipment. When booking, you can specify the exact dimensions of your load. We then select the appropriate vehicle (for example, a tarpaulin truck with an openable roof or sides) and a carrier experienced in this type of cargo.
You benefit from complete tracking via DONE Space: real-time tracking map, automatic status updates (loading, departure, arrival), and email notifications. Our Track & Trace team monitors every stage to anticipate issues and keep you informed.
By default, every transport is covered by carrier’s liability insurance (CMR) with a limit of up to €300,000 per claim. For high-value goods, it is possible to add, at the time of booking, an ‘all risks’ Cargo insurance that covers nearly the entire value of the cargo.
