We rely on a network of over 13,000 verified carriers and 33,000 trucks and vans. This enables us to reach a vehicle availability rate of 99.6%. In the 0.4% of cases when we are unable to provide a vehicle, we offer €500 compensation.
Every transport is monitored 24/7 by our Track & Trace department. We achieve a 99.2% on-time loading rate and 98.7% on-time delivery rate. In the event of a significant delay caused by us, freight may be reimbursed up to 100%.
You receive full tracking via DONE Space: real-time tracking map, automated status updates (loading, departure, arrival), and email notifications. Our Track & Trace team monitors every stage to anticipate issues and keep you informed.
By default, every shipment is covered by carrier liability insurance (CMR) with a limit up to €300,000 per claim. For high-value goods, you can add comprehensive Cargo 'all-risk' insurance at the time of booking, which covers nearly the full value of the goods.
