Each transport is monitored 24/7 by our Track & Trace department. We achieve a ratio of 99.2% on-time loading and 98.7% on-time delivery. In the event of significant delays due to our fault, freight can be reimbursed up to 100%.
You receive complete tracking via DONE Space: real-time tracking map, automatic status updates (loading, departure, arrival), and email notifications. Our Track & Trace team monitors every step to anticipate issues and keep you informed.
We apply a 5-step verification process: legal and compliance check, insurance verification, reputation review, performance history analysis, and the assignment of a DONE internal score. This system allows us to achieve a 99.95% damage-free delivery rate.
By default, each transport is covered by carrier liability insurance (CMR) with a limit of up to €300,000 per claim. For high-value goods, it is possible to add ‘all-risk’ Cargo insurance at the time of booking, which covers nearly the full value of the goods.
