Each shipment is monitored 24/7 by our Track & Trace department. We achieve 99.2% on-time loadings and 98.7% on-time deliveries. In case of significant delay due to our fault, freight can be reimbursed up to 100%.
We apply a 5-step verification process: legal and compliance check, insurance verification, reputation review, performance history analysis, and assignment of a DONE internal score. This system allows us to achieve a 99.95% damage-free delivery rate.
By default, each shipment is covered by carrier liability insurance (CMR) with a limit of up to €300,000 per claim. For high-value goods, it is possible to add "all-risks" Cargo insurance at booking, which covers nearly the full value of the goods.
