Every shipment is monitored 24/7 by our Track & Trace department. We achieve a 99.2% on-time loading rate and a 98.7% on-time delivery rate. In case of a significant delay due to our error, freight may be refunded up to 100%.
We apply a five-step verification process: legal and compliance check, insurance verification, reputation review, performance history analysis, and assignment of a DONE internal score. This system allows us to reach a 99.95% damage-free delivery rate.
You have full tracking via DONE Space: real-time tracking map, automatic statuses (loading, departure, arrival), and email notifications. Our Track & Trace team monitors each stage to anticipate issues and keep you informed.
By default, each shipment is covered by the carrier's liability insurance (CMR) with a limit of up to €300,000 per incident. For high-value goods, it is possible to add all-risk Cargo insurance at booking, which covers almost the entire value of the shipment.
