Each shipment is monitored 24/7 by our Track & Trace department. We achieve 99.2% of on-time loadings and 98.7% of on-time deliveries. In case of significant delays due to our fault, up to 100% of the freight cost may be reimbursed.
We apply a 5-step verification process: legal and compliance check, insurance verification, reputation review, performance history analysis, and a proprietary DONE score. This system allows us to reach a 99.95% damage-free delivery rate.
You receive full tracking via DONE Space: real-time tracking map, automatic status updates (loading, departure, arrival), and email notifications. Our Track & Trace team monitors every stage to anticipate issues and keep you informed.
By default, each shipment is covered by carrier liability insurance (CMR) with limits up to €300,000 per claim. For high-value goods, it is possible to add comprehensive 'all-risk' Cargo insurance at booking, which covers nearly the full value of the goods.
