As a food distributor for convenience stores, this wholesaler needed to rapidly expand its coverage to new points of sale, both in urban and rural areas. The key was to ensure the availability of suitable vehicles, capable of delivering heterogeneous volumes within tight time slots while maintaining the freshness and variety of the offer. Thanks to access to a vast pan-European network, the transport provider enabled accelerated flows to nearly 3,000 French stores without the need to invest in its own fleet.
