We rely on a network of over 13,000 verified carriers and 33,000 trucks and vans, allowing us to achieve a vehicle availability rate of 99.6%. In the 0.4% cases where we cannot provide a vehicle, we offer compensation of €500.
Every transport is monitored 24/7 by our Track & Trace department. We reach a 99.2% on-time loading ratio and a 98.7% on-time delivery rate. In the event of significant delays caused by us, up to 100% of the freight can be reimbursed.
You have full tracking via DONE Space: real-time tracking map, automatic status updates (loading, departure, arrival), and email notifications. Our Track & Trace team monitors every stage to anticipate issues and keep you informed.
By default, every transport is covered by carrier liability insurance (CMR) with a limit up to €300,000 per claim. For high-value goods, you can add an 'all-risk' Cargo insurance at booking which covers nearly the full value of the shipment.
