Each shipment is monitored 24/7 by our Track & Trace department. We achieve an on-time loading rate of 99.2% and an on-time delivery rate of 98.7%. In the event of significant delays due to our fault, freight can be reimbursed up to 100%.
For furniture, we use clean vehicles, avoid transshipment, and rely on carriers experienced in handling sensitive products. Our 99.95% damage-free delivery rate is backed by extended CMR coverage and, if required, the option for comprehensive 'all-risk' insurance.
By default, each shipment is covered by carrier liability insurance (CMR) with a limit of up to €300,000 per incident. For high-value goods, it is possible to add 'all-risk' Cargo insurance at booking, covering nearly the full value of the goods.
