You benefit from full tracking via DONE Space: real-time tracking map, automated status updates (loading, departure, arrival), and email notifications. Our Track & Trace team monitors each stage to anticipate issues and keep you informed.
By default, each shipment is covered by the carrier's liability insurance (CMR) with a limit of up to €300,000 per incident. For high-value goods, you may add 'all-risk' Cargo insurance at the time of booking, which covers nearly the total value of the goods.
We rely on a network of over 13,000 verified carriers and 33,000 trucks and vans. This enables us to achieve a 99.6% vehicle availability rate. In the 0.4% of cases where we cannot provide a vehicle, we offer €500 compensation.
