Each shipment is tracked 24/7 by our Track & Trace department. We achieve a 99.2% on-time pick-up rate and 98.7% on-time delivery rate. In the event of a significant delay due to our fault, the freight may be refunded up to 100%.
We follow a 5-step vetting process: legal and compliance checks, insurance verification, reputation review, performance history analysis, and assignment of an internal DONE score. This system enables us to reach a 99.95% damage-free delivery rate.
By default, each shipment is covered by carrier liability insurance (CMR) with a limit of up to €300,000 per incident. For high-value goods, you can add all-risk Cargo insurance at booking, covering nearly the full value of the goods.
