Each transport is tracked 24/7 by our Track & Trace department. We achieve a 99.2% on-time loading rate and 98.7% on-time delivery rate. If a significant delay occurs due to our fault, freight can be refunded up to 100%.
We use a five-step verification process: legal and compliance check, insurance verification, reputation review, performance history analysis, and assignment of a DONE internal score. This system allows us to achieve a 99.95% damage-free delivery rate.
By default, each shipment is covered by carrier liability insurance (CMR) with a limit of up to €300,000 per claim. For high-value goods, an all-risk Cargo insurance covering nearly the full value of the goods can be added at the time of booking.
