We rely on a network of over 13,000 vetted carriers and 33,000 trucks and vans. This allows us to achieve a vehicle availability rate of 99.6%. In the 0.4% of cases where we cannot provide a vehicle, we offer a €500 compensation.
Each shipment is monitored 24/7 by our Track & Trace department. We achieve a ratio of 99.2% on-time pickups and 98.7% on-time deliveries. In the event of significant delays caused by us, the freight can be reimbursed up to 100%.
We apply a 5-step vetting process: legal and compliance checks, insurance verification, reputation review, performance history analysis, and assignment of an internal DONE score. This system enables a 99.95% damage-free delivery rate.
For furniture, we use clean vehicles, direct loadings without intermediate transfers, and transporters experienced in handling sensitive products. Our 99.95% damage-free delivery rate is supported by extended CMR insurance and, if necessary, an all-risk insurance option.
