By default, each shipment is covered by the carrier's liability insurance (CMR) with a limit of up to €300,000 per claim. For high-value goods, it is possible to add, at the time of booking, an all-risk Cargo insurance that covers almost the entire value of the goods.
Each shipment is monitored 24/7 by our Track & Trace department. We achieve a ratio of 99.2% on-time loading and 98.7% on-time deliveries. In case of significant delay due to our fault, the freight may be reimbursed up to 100%.
