We rely on a network of more than 13,000 verified carriers and 33,000 trucks and vans. This allows us to achieve a vehicle availability rate of 99.6%. In the 0.4% of cases where we cannot provide a vehicle, we offer compensation of €500.
Each shipment is tracked 24/7 by our Track & Trace department. We achieve a rate of 99.2% for on-time loading and 98.7% for on-time deliveries. In the event of significant delays due to our fault, the freight can be refunded up to 100%.
You benefit from full tracking via DONE Space: real-time tracking map, automatic statuses (loading, departure, arrival), and email notifications. Our Track & Trace team monitors each stage to anticipate problems and keep you informed.
By default, each shipment is covered by the carrier's liability insurance (CMR) with a limit of up to €300,000 per claim. For high-value goods, it is possible to add an 'all-risks' Cargo insurance during booking, which covers nearly the full value of the goods.
