Each shipment is monitored 24/7 by our Track & Trace department. We achieve a rate of 99.2% on-time loading and 98.7% on-time delivery. In case of significant delay caused by us, freight may be refunded up to 100%.
If we cannot provide a vehicle as agreed, you receive €500 compensation. For major delays caused by DONE Deliveries, we apply our punctuality guarantee, which can go up to a full refund of transport costs.
You benefit from full tracking via DONE Space: real-time tracking map, automatic statuses (loading, departure, arrival), and email notifications. Our Track & Trace team monitors each step to anticipate issues and keep you informed.
By default, every shipment is covered by carrier's liability insurance (CMR) with a limit up to €300,000 per claim. For high-value goods, it is possible to add, at the time of booking, “all-risks” Cargo insurance covering nearly the entire value of the goods.
