We apply a five-step verification process: legal and compliance check, insurance verification, reputation review, performance history analysis, and assignment of an internal DONE score. This allows us to achieve a 99.95% damage-free delivery rate.
We can arrange refrigerated transport for temperature-sensitive products. Depending on the project, we combine refrigerated vehicles, 24/7 tracking, and enhanced insurance to secure the entire transport chain.
By default, every shipment is covered by the carrier’s liability insurance (CMR) with a limit of up to €300,000 per claim. For high-value goods, it is possible to add, at booking, an “all risks” Cargo insurance that covers almost the entire value of the merchandise.
You have full tracking via DONE Space: real-time tracking map, automatic status updates (loading, departure, arrival), and email notifications. Our Track & Trace team monitors every step to anticipate problems and keep you informed.
