We rely on a network of more than 13,000 verified carriers and 33,000 trucks and vans. This allows us to achieve a 99.6% vehicle availability rate. In the 0.4% of cases where we cannot provide a vehicle, we offer compensation of €500.
Each transport is tracked 24/7 by our Track & Trace department. We achieve a ratio of 99.2% on-time loadings and 98.7% on-time deliveries. In case of significant delay due to our fault, freight can be refunded up to 100%.
You benefit from complete monitoring via DONE Space: real-time tracking map, automatic statuses (loading, departure, arrival) and email notifications. Our Track & Trace team monitors every step to anticipate problems and keep you informed.
By default, each transport is covered by carrier liability insurance (CMR) with a limit of up to €300,000 per claim. For high-value goods, you can add, at the time of booking, all-risk Cargo insurance covering almost the entire value of the goods.
